    Frequently Asked Questions

    Is the Registry going away?

The Registry is transitioning. CCALA will continue to support the Registry for users in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Monterey counties. This includes access to trainings, profile updates, and stipend applications. Document verification will be available for LA County users only. Users outside of these counties may be supported by a different administering organization or may no longer have access to the Registry. Please refer to the County Contact List for more information.

I don’t live or work in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, or Monterey County — can I still use the Registry?

Yes, until December 31, 2026, you will have limited access the Registry. CCALA’s direct support is available only to users in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Monterey counties. If you’re outside this area, check the County Contact List to see whether your administering organization has a contract to continue Registry services. Counties without one will be removed from the Registry database.

Do I need to download or back up my records?

We highly recommend keeping a personal backup of your records. Here are some tips on how to save your Registry files.

Will I still be able to log in with my current account?

I completed a training but don’t see it on my profile, or I’m having trouble enrolling or connecting to a training.

The Registry provides training enrollment through our Training Calendar only — we do not manage training delivery.
