Instructors on the ECE Workforce Registry are approved by training sponsor organizations. The first step to becoming an approved trainer/instructor with a sponsor organization is to create or update an existing Registry account.

A Training Sponsor Organization are those agencies approved by the Registry to post and offer trainings using the Registry Training Module and Calendar.

Quality Counts California (QCC) is a statewide effort to strengthen California’s early learning and care system to support young children and their families.

Registry Members can apply for various state and local stipend programs (e.g. county Workforce Pathways Grants) using the Registry.

There are many benefits to being on the Registry as an Administrator of an early care and education program. Employers who have been authorized to receive Administrative Access can post jobs on the Job Board and are able to view qualification data about Registry members employed at their site.
